WESTERN BOONE 8, NORTH MONTGOMERY 0

After a difficult Sagamore Conference loss to Tri-West last week, the Stars (7-1, 5-1) bounced back with a win over the Chargers (4-4, 3-3) in a grind-it-out affair.

Alex Parsons found Baylee Adams for a 6-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter for the only score of the game. The converted two-point conversion would prove to be insignificant, as the visiting Chargers couldn’t find a way into the end zone despite out-gaining the Stars 206-154.
